Territory Coordinator Bill 2025: What has changed since the draft Bill?

On 12 February 2025, the Territory Government introduced the Territory Coordinator Bill 2025 (Bill) to
Parliament. The Parliament’s Legislative Scrutiny Committee is conducting an inquiry on the Bill and
is accepting submissions until close of business on 19 February 2025. It is due to report back to
Parliament by 12 March 2025.
