In a huge win for climate, community and the pristine Bylong Valley, the NSW Court of Appeal this week upheld a decision to refuse a massive greenfield coal mine slated for regional NSW.
For six years the EDO has been fighting the legal battle over Korean multinational KEPCO’s Bylong Coal Project on behalf of the local community, with the support of thousands of people just like you.
Together we won at the Independent Planning Commission, we won at the Land & Environment Court and now we’ve won at the Court of Appeal.
Now it’s time for KEPCO to walk away.
