This guide aims to assist Aboriginal people to understand their legal rights and obligations under environmental and natural resource management law and brings together the wide range of laws relating to country, culture and heritage that affect Aboriginal people in NSW.
The guide was complemented by a series of workshops in key locations at the time of publication. We continue to hold workshops at the request of communities and always welcome requests for workshops from Aboriginal people.
With support from people like you, we can run more groundbreaking cases and deliver expert legal advice to people all over the Australia-Pacific region.
